About the Business

In 1994, the North Vancouver Gold's Gym moved into the building that would become Genesis Athletic Club.
In 2006, Gold's Gym became Genesis Athletic Club, and left the franchise.
On June 9th, 2017, Genesis Athletic Club changed owners. It is now owned and operated by the Dyer family.

On June 8th, 2017 Black Wolf Athletics (consisting of Greg Dyer, Peter Dyer and Alicia (soon-to-be) Dyer) bought Genesis Athletic Club. Greg, Peter and Alicia were all current members who had dreamed of owning a gym for a long time. They loved Genesis, it's atmosphere, and the members, and were extremely excited for the opportunity to own and operate the Club.
