About the Business

We began as Local 23 boutique in 2003 and soon realized we needed more space! We moved in 2006 to a larger space and called ourselves the General. Now we have found our new home on St Laurent in the Mile End. A place we love! We find pride in our neighbourhood and the people who trust us with their beautiful products from all over Canada and the States.
