Jim Wang has been in the restaurant industry for over 25  years.  Jim first started in many franchise concepts and owned several Japanese Steakhouses over the years.  Jim currently own and operate several Jinya Ramen Bar locations across Houston and Dallas and in 2019, opened the first Gen Korean BBQ House in Houston with his partner David Kim, who is the CEO of Gen.
