About the Business

Future Fitness has gone through a number of guises over the years from a Boxing gym through a few other hands and into the Future Fitness of today. In January 2011 we completely overhauled the gym with £100 000 worth of new euipment on the studio floor. A total renevation of the changing rooms, sauna and steam room and a complete re-decorate.

We also opened the Griphouse Southside a Mixed Martial Arts Studio and now have 13 classes running throughout the week catering for the beginner fitness participant to the advanced fighter.

In June we invested in SPIN® bikes and a BodyPump™ liscence to develop our studio class timetable. We now have a full compliment of classes in both studio's and a top of the range cardio and weights area.

Future Fitness is an established gym in Shawlands with cardio and weights zones including Cybex Eagle line, Reebok resistance equipment and Precor EFX trainers. We have a variety of fitness studio classes including Spin®, BodyPump™, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba. Home to the Griphouse Southside, a purpose built Mixed Martial Arts Studio (MMA) We have daily clases including Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing and Strength and conditioning classes. This studio is also available for use when we have no other classes on. Along with a Sauna and Steam room there is a Classes studio. We also supply CNP, Blitzsport and Powerade products. Clothing and training accessories and Tea and coffee for after your training.
