Using wherever we can seasonal and regional ingredients. German/Asian (Eurasian) style cooking. Anton's homemade Meats: Sausages like German Bratwurst, a very unique House made Sausage, Longanisa, Spicy damn hot Mexican Sausage, Bacon, Ham, Corned Beef, Roast Beef. Plus: Mutti Caecilia's Potato Pancakes. Now to Sylvia's homemade Soups: Our Customers say, "they are to die for" ..says it all. (not to be taken literally...) For the last 17 years we serve our customers. Not believing in any flyers, buy 10 get one free, print or other advertizing, we give our customers a reason to come back "right on the plate". This saves us not only money. We spent on serving bigger portions than anywhere else and buying "better ingredients". We believe in the "80/20 rule" when it comes to food: 80% watch what you're eating and 20% let yourself go, please. Fraser Park Restaurant ...is maybe hard to find, but it is difficult to forget.
