Our space is based on the centuries old restorative tradition of sauna bathing, a wellness experience that aids in relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. The communal nature of our space reflects our intention to share good living. We offer 2 community dry saunas, a relaxation lounge, self-care workshops and massage + reiki.
