About the Business

This resturant is a local chef owner and operator, chef Timothy Richardson. He has had hands opening many local favorites such as Canteen, Modern Tequila Bar, and Handlebar; all Tempe favorites. European inspired cuisine. Most of our food is fresh focused using seasonal ingredients with a rotating menu selection. This is our first resturant and we are excited to share this fresh, and most importantly tasty experience with our community.

Where to start! We have had guests drive from all over to experience our chicken sandwich! We have also had compliments on how amazing the burgers are! But this Chef’s Pride and joy is in the Duck Confit! It is tender, flavorful, and mouthwatering. Made fresh and is great on the Confit burger. Try it out!

While I enjoyed all of these learning experiences I wanted to take a dangerous step of owning my own resturant. Being your own creative genius is inspiring, and creating a memorable experience for my customers is so rewarding.
