We recognize this Covid 19 pandemic is a challenging time for all, and we remain deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our customers and teams. I would like to point out a few things that have always been a constant in the way we conduct our business, and that could ease your mind a little bit in regards to fighting bacteria in your home: 1. All our cleaning supplies (with the exception of our hardwood cleaner and our stone/marble cleaner) kill 99.99% of bacteria. 2. We always use fresh, clean microfiber cloths for each cleaning, that are washed after each use at very high temperatures in order to kill all bacteria. We change the vacuum bag after each client and all our vacuum cleaners have commercial grade HEPA filters that trap 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns in size. 3. Our teams always wear sterile gloves and disposable shoe covers to minimize the surfaces we come in contact with. So please rest assured we do everything in our power to completely sanitize our customers' homes, that's our job. Our customers and our teams are at the heart of our company, so please make the decision you feel most comfortable with in regards to our service. And whether it's done by us or by you, please follow CDC's guidance, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures one can take.
