The opportunity of managing an inner city pub in the backstreets of Prahran was one that was too good to pass up.  Having in the past worked at some iconic pubs around Melbourne and Victoria and hearing the stories that The Flying Duck was such a venue in the past.  It only seemed fitting that I try and get the pub back to its former glory days.
