Scott and Jackie are the owners.  Scott is a US Navy veteran specialized in operations along with over 25 years in the IT Services business, all along, being an "extreme" car guy.  Jackie has a life long experience in HR and finance along being a customer service guru.  Together they provide the leadership and vision that creates an environment for the staff of managers and technicians to provide "Honest Answers, Quality Service". The staff is paid salary not commission.  This is not the norm for this industry.  They have been married for more than 20 years and have 2 great kids that go to Nova.
