About the Business

Prior June, 2010, Flat Rate Labor, Inc. was formerly named Philly Clean and Move. We changed the name to add the new services we wanted to specialize in.

Being a small family business, we've trained our the children (now young adults) the necessary skills of customer satisfaction, reward through hard work, fair pricing, and only doing jobs they KNOW how to do, with the hopes of them being the next generation of Flat Rate Labor.

We're the small, experienced and professional general labor team you'd rather spend your money on. We have the tools & equipment, ready to work hard for you. Although you can hire just one of us, most effective way to complete your "to-do" list is by hiring us in 2 person teams. This allows you to divide us to tackle multiple projects. Trash Removal: We have several sized Pick-up trucks that'll easily haul away your trash loads starting as low as $150 per trip. Helper, trash bags, junkyard fee included. Landscaping: Small Yard / lot weed overgrowth, gardening, mulching, vine & ivy removal, small trees cut, cleaning vacant lots (violations removed), we are the row home specialists. Small Moves / Deliveries: Craigslist purchases, Home Depot runs, room / studio - sized moves appliances...whatever fits in a pick up truck starting as low as $60 flat rate Household Help: Ikea furniture assemblies, home re-arranging, organizing, or just those "extra hands" for a project you're working on. Moving Laborers: [NO TRUCK] Masters of loading / unloading (your) truck rental, Pods, containers or storage units. Pricing: $20 per hour, per person (3hr minimum) Additional fees may apply. Credit cards, Paypal, Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, or cash accepted. We do not accept checks.
