Charlie started repairing phones in 2008 when iPhone 3G came out. He was trained basic repair skills by a tech who started repairing since 2003, while Charlie was attending a bachelor of computer science course in University of Melbourne. Aftergraduated from University of Melbourne , he decided to join the business on a full time role and dig into more advanced repairs. Charlie then travelled to Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen, China where the biggest phone parts wholesale outlet/repair centre is(also the place where foxconn is, the biggest mobile phone manufacturer). He spent 6 months on nano circuitry repairs there fixing countless phones everyday. Came back to Australia later and becomes a elite tier-3 repairer.
