So my parents started our company back in 1984. My mother ran the scheduling/billing side of the company, while my dad went out on the calls. Everyone loves talking to my mom on the phone, and every customer loved my dad. As of 3 years ago, he officially retired, and passed it down to myself. I've assisted him on jobs since I was 15. Ive learned invaluable techniques and skills that you can't learn in a book. I'm forever grateful for what he has taught me. So I have big shoes to fill, but since I've taken his place, I've gotten nothing but positive comments from our customers. So I'm making them proud.
