Fitzroy Pool is Melbourne's premier 50-metre outdoor heated pool, and a favourite summertime playground for Yarra residents. After a brief closure in 1994, the pool was re-opened following a grassroots community campaign to save the much-loved facility. It continues to grow in strength and popularity, but still retains that community spirit. Along with its outdoor crystal clear waters, the centre's facilities include; a gymnasium, spin studio, group fitness classes, and spa, sauna, steam room. As you can see, there's something for everyone at the Fitzroy Swimming Pool. The Fitzroy Swimming Pool is located on Alexandra Parade, Fitzroy. The Centre is open every day of the week, and on most public holidays.
