Fit Factor is a One-on-One and Small Group Personal Training studio that offers exercise programs to the older adults since 2002. We provide a judgement-free environment for both experienced and newcomers fitness enthusiasts. We have the most qualified fitness professionals in the area with the highest level of National and International certifications in the wellness field. We work closely with our clients to create safe and efficient workouts tailored to their goals, needs and physical abilities. Our programs are designed to work on all different areas of physical function, such as strength, cardiorespiratory, neuromuscular, balance, mobility/flexibility, and cognition. Our ultimate goal is to always have fun through the process.

Paulo grew up in São Paulo, Brazil and has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and business owner for almost 30 years.  In 1997 Paulo moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina to create his In-Home Personal Training business.  He moved to the United States in 2000 and two years later, Paulo founded Fit Factor Personal Training with a passion to educate clients about the importance of exercise in our daily lives, to motivate clients to become better people through fitness, and to inspire clients to live healthy lives so they can move, feel and look their best.
