About the Business

Our good friends Jordan Busch and Sara Sawicki founded Fire on the Mountain in Portland, Oregon, in 2005. The original FOTM is a tiny hole in the wall on North Interstate St. In 2008 Jordan and Sara expanded to another location on East Burnside and in 2011 opened a third FOTM restaurant and brewery on in NE Portland. Now in 2012 we are proud to establish the Rocky Mountain outpost of Fire on the Mountain and let Denver in on this Portland cult favorite!

Fire on the Mountain - Highlands provides a family friendly dining experience in northwest Denver's Highlands neighborhood. We source our products with integrity and serve all natural, sustainably raised chicken and Colorado grass fed beef. We make each of our twelve wing sauces in-house every day, as well as awesome hand cut fries, fantastic salads, and other goodies. We also specialize in local craft beers and delicious specialty cocktails!
