The Owner Nestor Benitez has been in the restaurant business for many years, he used to sell tacos down in Mexico. He then worked for a very popular local restaurant for 10 years. Nestor finally opened Fiesta Mexicana Grill in 2010 with the help of his two sons and wife.

Hi my name is Nestor, i have great expierence in cooking and bussiness owner ship, over the years i have struggled to keep my other bussiness open, but I strived to keep it opened. Why You might ask....its simple because i love seeing peoples faces when they enjoy my food many people would say this place is awesome. After many years of struggling a bussiness bought out the owner of the building i couldn't keep it open at the price of the rent so we closed and now I am HAPPY to have opend "Fiesta Mexicana Grill". I have worked in a popular casual resstaurant, first dishwasher, then prep, finally i went to cook! eversince was around 20's i used to sell tacos, in Mexico, to provide to my family. Now i am Very happy in the U.S. and i see that one's dreams can come true.
