Phil's Last Stand marks the return of Chicago Fat Phil to the hot dog business. He dished out char dogs in Skokie four decades ago and has been inspired to return to the business he knows so well, teaming up with the owners of Lockdown Bar & Grill. It may be nostalgia or his insatiable appetite, but he is back and brings a connoisseur's inspiration to the simple idea of a late-night hot dog stand. He still serves good old fashion char dogs and burgers, but he has added a few delectable dishes and has made Phil's Last Stand the latest addition to the Ukrainian Village night life.
