Farm Burger is a restaurant group committed to serving 100 percent grassfed, grass-finished beef burgers. Farm Burger was founded in Atlanta by farmer and rancher Jason Mann and restaurateur George Frangos. Since 2010, the Farm Burger team has brought communities together through creative menus and locally sourced ingredients. Its signature FB Burger ranks among Food & Wine's Best Burgers in the U.S. In 2018, Farm Burger earned a spot on the Good Food 100 Restaurants™ List for its work to promote good food and sustainable food systems.

Specialties

Our whole carcass blend utilizes all major muscles and cuts available, including chuck, sirloin, round, short loin, rib, plate, flank, shank, neck, brisket and trim. Parts such as offal, face and tail meats are not included in our grind, but we are able to utilize some of these parts in other ways. For example, we use roasted bone marrow as a featured topping on our regular menu. We also render the fat to create the tallow butter that all of our burgers are cooked in. Because of our custom blend beef, we ask our guests to select their desired temperature for their beef patty. The range is from rare, medium-rare, medium, medium-well, or well done. We recommend medium for maximum enjoyment!
