6 Years ago, here at Fair Repair, we started serving the greater Cabarrus County area with our mechanical repair and maintenance shop. There were many instances our customers would request insurance collision services our just minor scratch and ding services. We noticed many bad and sub standard repairs after while repairing unrelated and sometimes related mechanical damages that were missed by other collision companies. 3 years ago we decided to toss our hat into the ring and do things differently and correctly with YOU our customer in mind. We will always work for what's best for you and your family, not for an insurance companies bottom profit line.

We started in collision work in order to fill the gap in quality repairs that we were seeing occur to our repair customers vehicles. All too often the local direct repair partner DRP  facilities work hand in hand with big insurance companies. It is never to your benefit. We were witnessing poor collision repairs using counterfeit parts that were cheating our existing customers and decided to do something about it. We decided to make the leap and offer OEM level collision repair processes and stand for our customers in their time of need. With the cost of vehicles sky rocketing, we decided to take a stand for you and your family by putting quality and safety of your repair over cutting corners for profit. Protecting you and your family, along with your hard earned investment in your vehicle as our primary goal.
