F1RST NYC was established as a food truck in 2021. We quickly gained popularity and outgrew our food truck. We're now excited and proud to have transitioned into our F1RST brick and mortar store located in the heart of Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn, NY.

Each owner brings something unique to the business.  Bo heads our food program and was the pioneer of the "F1RST", concept with over 20 years of hospitality experience.  Bo continues to use her creativity to develop recipes our guests love. Katie is the glue that keeps F1RST together and is our official CFO. Katie has also been in the hospitality field for over a decade with range from nightlife to restaurant and bars.  As a professional performer she brings high intensity energy that everyone loves and appreciates.  Her attention to detail keeps our business on the right track to remain successful.  Last but not least, Waun Daun. Waun is a native Brooklynite from Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn.  He's the dot connector that brings the people in.  As a professional artist he brings an element to the brand that the other owners do not. Waun is responsible for all our merchandise and all aspects of design for our brand.
