About the Business

Essential Air was established in 2006 as residential HVAC installation company by Dean Ford a 13 year journeyman HVAC technician. Essential Air was based on providing its customers with world class service at a reasonable price. With a reputation of only providing his customers with an honest opinion of what they did and did not need, Dean quickly grew the company to two employees. After 2 years in the residential HVAC market Dean decided to expand the operation of Essential Air to include the sheet metal installation component of the business, and thereby providing his customers with a "full package" HVAC installation. We are now a full service HVAC company with refrigeration technicians, electricans, and sheet metal craftsmen to serve your every heating, air conditioning and air quality needs.
