About the Business

I cleaned up my life quite abit in and around 2003 after being in the rough crowds but I choose to stick with carpentry and began the journey of being a construction contractor and trades man. I am a production carpenter and have built all over the country starting my learning in 1993 after school while I was a maintenance technician at the local carpentry shop. I began managing business construction in London, Ontario in 2003 and landed my first Project Manager lead role that year, I was 23. In 2010 I got licensing and bonding and love building! I actually after 13 years am starting to respect paperwork, so things are coming together and friends - we are incorporating adding a great choice to the countries expert custom home and cottage package choice. I do custom full home and buildings anywhere in Canada and pride myself for going into remote areas and completing my job scope succeeding time and time again in Canada- this year I am focused on sustainable home & cottage package!

My experience goes back 30 years doing amazing builds! My skill for quality construction come from alot of great mentor support! My hands as a trades man have completed thousands of projects; sunrooms and decks and additions to many custom homes and renovations! My skill set is on high end Douglas fir as I built 10 000 square meter custom homes. As well not only am a trades expert working as a level 4 craftsman from London, but Ontario also I am nationally bonded for your vacation dream. My experience has been in sustainable building and have learned about the differences from province to province and town to town and know what is best and how to do it! The country has much to learn from itself and I have done control lighting constructs, earth moving, bridge construction, concrete and Ephis stucco on 5-star hotels and homes, moved buildings out of flood lands in the Yukon Territories and protected fish first by creating habitat catch basin underdecks before retrofitting 900-foot bridges on the Alaska Highway. Hospital and medical buildings too reinforced structure, houses and houses and houses all over Canada including 180 living units with a team of 24 in 2007- bin management in Winipeg completing in that same year sales and builds in Calgary, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and was performing sunroom construction contracts for a Corp manager all over as well. My Neitch is custom home and cottage packages and remote work in Canada!

Since grade three I loved building starting with Legos. Then I laboured for dad building fences and patios that my family and all our neighbours enjoyed for many years! Love my Father Steve Parti - he was a good carrying host and had pride in his work!  Today I have been on the tools and built thousands of constructs across Canada from the marketing and sale right to the material take offs, and ordering of all the accessories and materials and even harvesting wood from areas including the Northern Boreal and Yukon Territories.  I have worked on; bridges, road and control system, new home, multi plex large mega metro projects and put down more single unit floors then literally you can shake a 100-foot timber northern water way jam log at!  My work as an executive national manager started in 2008, I had the honour to work with the best of the best with PCL and learned much in little time, leaving from being a blessed carpenter on very complex high-rises and build many homes!
