Established in 1992, EPIC Restoration Services Inc. (formerly Pinnacle Restoration), has been a leader in the insurance restoration industry, serving the unique needs of Metro Vancouver and the surrounding areas for over 20 years.

Our EPIC Teams have been called upon to assist in numerous disasters throughout BC and Alberta. During these catastrophic events, qualified teams were quickly mobilized to provide emergency services and structural drying to hundreds of victim's homes & personal property.

We specialize in strata related claims. We understand the unique situations that arise and the complexity of dealing with these losses as they pertain to strata obligations, owner responsibilities, assessments, tenant improvements and/or betterments, and allocating these costs accordingly.
