About the Business

As a family of Turkish origins, we began our pizza business in 2001 with the goal of fusing Aegean Turkish and Mediterranean flavor with the all-familiar pizza Americans have grown to love. We try to provide our customers with unique options, satisfying the cravings of both traditionalists and those who opt for something new. Most menu items are prepared daily, taking care to serve our customers only the freshest of ingredients.
Our cooks toss our hand-crafted dough for each pizza, top with one of a broad selection of sauces, and sprinkle with various cheeses such as our pungent Manchego cheese imported from Spain.
Other selections include hummus, falafel, kebabs, not to mention our decadent authentic Turkish Baklava imported directly from Turkey, and more!
Our menu gives the best of both worlds, or in this case, cultures, leaving customers with a flavor experience that can be found nowhere other than Ephesus Mediterranean Restaurant. We hope you enjoy!
