Chef George Georgiades has worked in some of the best kitchens in New York City and around the world. Mr. Georgiades has led the kitchens of Varka Restaurant in Ramsey NJ and Avra Restaurant in New York City for 20 years combined. His love for great quality simple Greek food and making it accessible to everyone is the driving engine behind EONS mission.  Mr. Georgiades has also led and worked in many kitchens including La Cote Basque, Hotel Pierre and the Hudson River Club, French-Moroccan fantasy Chez Es Saada and Bar Six in the West Village, numerous around the world and being a graduate from one of the top Culinary Schools Johnson & Wales.
