I have lived in Chingford all my life and have been a member of all of the local gyms at one time or another. I think Chingford has always lacked a gym that provides first class facilities, service and top of the range equipment but at a reasonable price. I am pleased and proud to say that is no longer the case with Energie Fitness Chingford, which I believe delivers all of the above.
