About the Business

Emerald Plumbing was founded by owner Liam Cuddy in 1996, working out of his home. Through word of mouth we quickly began to grow. Liam was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, hence Emerald Plumbing. Ian Hanbury soon came on board. Ian was also born in Ireland in a little village just outside of Dublin.

What makes us unique to this day is the way we do business. All of our guys treat the business and each other like family. We care about each other and our customers. After all, we are nothing without loyal customers.

Liam was born and raised in Dublin City, Ireland. Liam began his plumbing career in 1979 as a fifteen year old apprentice plumber pipe fitter. Liam left Ireland in 1984 for Australia, where he worked as a pipe fitter in an oil refinery and chemical plants. Liam also lived and worked in Holland and England, running large projects, before coming to Orlando in 1990. Liam founded Emerald Plumbing in 1996. Through hard work and commitment to excellence, the company began to grow instantly. Today Liam is like a proud father where the business is concerned.
