Elite was founded in 2002 and then moved to our current location in the spring of 2003. John Todd has owned the company since November 2004. Since that time Elite has won numerous local and national awards for their creative design and construction expertise. Elite has been selected as a Consumer Choice Award winner and Dallas Builders Association's Remodeler of the Year for 2008, 2009, 2011, 2013. Elite has been selected as Living Magazines Readers Choice Award for Best Remodeler in Frisco -2015. Additionally, we have been selected a Best of Houzz from 2013-1016.

On November 2, 2004, Mr. Todd completed the acquisition of Elite Remodeling.  Prior to Elite, Mr. Todd has been in involved with successful technology based early stage companies.  His experience in starting companies, turning them around and raising venture and public capital led Mr. Todd to begin the pursuit of acquiring his own business.  Mr. Todd was introduced to Elite and was immediately impressed by Elite's early success and growth potential towards a multi store environment.   Additionally, as a result of Mr. Todd and his wife's experience in speculative home building, a natural bond was created.  In addition to acquiring the company, Mr. Todd was able to retain the entire employee staff.   Mr. Todd's short term plans are to continually improve the quality of workmanship, increase the level of customer satisfaction and implement new software technology that will provide the platform for growth and position the company to open a second showroom/design center in the near future.
