In a way, it's genetic. A bond between man and craftsmanship that has been passed down from generation to generation. Both grandfathers (dad and mom side) were carpenters and had a wood shop with an extensive selection of tools for their time. That knowledge was then passed down to his father and then to Max. In a sense it's an inspiration within the know-how of the carpentry skill.
