We took over ownership of Elevation Fitness in November of 2015. We are a very fitness conscious family and we wanted to share our love and knowledge of health and fitness with the wonderful people of Colorado Springs. My husband,  Brandon, is a Certified NSCA Personal Trainer, a USAPL and IPA Powerlifting coach, Fitness Nutrition coach and certified Sports Hypnosis coach. I have competed in powerlifting for the past 5 years. I am also an NPC physique competitor. I have competed 3 times so far in California, Minnesota and Illinois. Our oldest daughter has also competed in powerlifting. She holds the record for IPA squat and total for her age and weight class. We are all about combining family and fitness.
