Lisa and Justin first opened up Elem Hair at the end of March 2013. They were first based within LA Fitness in Cambridge where they quickly outgrew the space and then moved to the new, much larger salon at 84 Cherry Hinton Road. We are now a relatively medium sized team of 11 and still growing rapidly.

Justin and Lisa, both extremely passionate about the hairdressing industry, opened up Elem Hair together to help realise their dreams of owning their own salon. Justin, with his degree in business management and experience in setting up and running previous successful businesses and Lisa who is a very experienced and talented hairdresser, both worked together to build Elem Hair to the much loved and successful business that it is today.
