Ben the Director of the company took over his Dad's established plumbing company in the early 2000's. The company was a 1 engineer, 1 apprentice business which had a dedicated customer base of over 40 Years. Since then Ben has developed the business into a 16 staffed successful company proud to offer their loyal customers a reliable and quality service. Durham's are renowned for offering the very best in product supply and knowledge. Joined by Scott and our team of GasSafe, Hetas and Oftec registered engineers, we all share the same drive and determination to elevate the business through consistent high quality of service to be regarded as the area's premier heating service and installation provider.

Here at Durhams we pride ourselves on providing the highest possible standards and are extremely proud at being selected as a Worcester Bosch Diamond accredited oil and gas installer. The company directors Ben and Scott, share the same drive and determination to elevate the business through consistent high quality of service to be regarded as the area's premier heating service and installation provider. We hold certification with Gas Safe for Natural gas and LPG, OFTEC for oil and HETAS for solid fuel installations. We undertake installations, servicing and repair of boilers across both domestic and commercial sectors. We offer annual service contracts, as well as finance options. We can offer interest free credit or low cost monthly repayments on new boiler installations. Our aim is to provide home owners with the best possible service, offering free no obligation quotations. As a Worcester Bosch Diamond accredited installer, we can offer amazing guarantees up to 12 years' parts and labour on gas installations and up to 8 years on Oil.
