We are a family owned and operated business that started with handmade Dumplings, Pot Stickers and Xia Long Bao 小 籠 飽 (XLB) in 1994 with just 8 tables. In 2015 we moved next door to 5000 sq ft and a new address of 4625 Convoy Street. Formerly a Korean market this new space gave us 230+ seats in the dinning room and features a Old Shanghai Theme Saloon offering a full service bar with 30 beers on tap and large selection of spirits. All the recipes and dumpling makers stayed the same we just grew up a bit. Shanghai Saloon has it own bar menu available after 4pm as well as Dumpling Inn's Full Menu. Happy hour is Tuesday - Friday 4-6 and late night Friday and Sat 9-10pm at the Bar. (Last call for food and alcohol is 15 mins before close) TVs, Craft Beer, Small Batch Whiskey and Dumplings!!
