Complementing the cuisine, the restaurant offers an ever-changing artisanal cocktail menu under the creative leadership of Head of Spirit & Cocktail Development Richard Woods. In 2014, Duck & Waffle published its first-ever cookbook, Duck & Waffle: Recipes & Stories, featuring over 100 recipes and chef anecdotes.
