About the Business

Du-West started off in 1978 as a general construction contractor. We also did foundation repair. In 1982 Du-West developed the installation process for the current concrete pressed pile.

In 1984 Du-West tunneled under a foundation to do the first interior foundation repair without breaking through the slab.

In 1988 Du-West did the first concrete slab structure raising, picking up a home 9.5' foundation and structure all intact.

In 2006 Du-West raised the first structure up 4' while the home was occupied. Du-West kept all utilities working and there was no disruption to the interior of the home. Not even a picture was taken off the walls. All the work was performed by tunneling under the slab.

Now Du-West is the leader in the foundation repair industry. Du-West handles foundation repairs from large industrial reactors down to small concrete utility pads. No job is too large or too small.
