The Dragonfly Thrift Boutique was founded to provide paid job training for women in need of a second chance at life. It was born of the generosity of LEAP supporters and the Denise Moon Fund of the Miami Foundation. LEAP was founded and has served as a beacon of hope for women in prison since 2009.
