We are a small, family run AC business offering quality repair, installation, and maintenance services throughout the Greater Orlando area. We serve residential and commercial customers. If you need help with your AC, heat, ducts, or indoor air quality we can help! We're dedicated to exceptional customer service & care about about each of our customers! Here's what you can expect when you call us: You'll be given a reasonable appointment window & we'll communicate with you should something come up. Upon arrival the tech will introduce himself & wear shoe covers. The tech will ask about your concerns and observations related to your AC issue and actually listen to what you have to say. Once a diagnosis is made, the tech will have a conversation with you about it & give you the price up front before making a repair. After the repair is made, the system will be tested to ensure satisfactory performance. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed & all work is guaranteed for 1 year.

Shawn literally grew up in the HVAC business; working with his father, grandfather, and uncles.  From a very young age, summers were spent crawling though attics and marshalling cranes to set roof top equipment.  After graduating from UCF with a Bachelor in Business Administrations and then from Rollins college with an MBA, Shawn spent another 3 years working with his family on the Space Coast before branching out to found Downtown Air and Heat.
