This business was started to fill a niche for small moves, by honest hard working guys. We found many moving companies had a 3 hour minimum and super shady practices, we do not. We started out handling small moves, hence our name, however we have quickly grown and now move large homes and offices all the time. We have many trucks and a solid moving team. The cool thing is all the movers are interviewed, screened and trained by the owner. We use a common sense approach to everything we do from pricing, booking, to how we actually move you. We don't have redundant practices or prices. We have kept the small business feel and service.

I was a mover for a big moving company for many years and learned all the tricks of the trade.  I figured out that a smaller business was the answer to the problems that existed.  A more personal approach was necessary to moving your most personal belongings.  But before Denver Small Moves, I graduated college and went on to be a general manager for Chipotle Mexican Grill for five years and that is where I learned how to really run a business.  Back when Chipotle was still a local cool company.  I was promoted to their marketing department and life was good.  Eventually I came to the conclusion I wanted to start my own business and expand the way the founder of Chipotle did.  I came very close to opening a restaurant of my own, but instead I was influenced by my past moving job and my buddy who owned a hauling company that really took off.  I took my knowledge and experience, a little advice from him, and I bought a truck, and took a chance.  Best move I ever made!
