About the Business

Joey Hutchins operated out of his personal garage beginning in 1990, repairing vehicles for family and friends and word-of-mouth spread about his honesty and integrity. In 2001, Joey and his wife, Teresa, established Dents, Dings & Colors Body Shop and Service Center in the Shepherdsville/Hillview area of Bullitt County. With Joey's automotive experience and Teresa's financial background, they made the perfect team. Since that time, the shop has grown to serve Shepherdsville, Hillview, Mt. Washington, Lebanon Junction and Greater Louisville. Our DD&C family now also includes an Estimator, Master Technician and Marketing Director. While Dents Dings & Colors has been growing nothing has changed about the way we do business. We take care of every single one of our customers like they're the only customer we have.

Joey and his wife, Teresa, have been happily married since 1987. After operating a shop in his home from 1990-1999, Joey decided to establish Dents, Dings & Colors Body Shop and Service Center. With Joey's automotive expertise and Teresa's financial background, they teamed up to offer a uniquely family-friendly business where each visiting guest is treated with fairness and honesty. Joey and Teresa have two children, Chelsea and Cody, and attend Highview Baptist Church. They believe they do not own Dents, Dings & Colors, but that God owns it and they are simply stewards.
