You will always meet the owner. Me: Douglas kepner. I am at the job each day. Your Bid and Contract list build items in a line item format. Payment is in a schedule based on completion of the work in the contract. we offer a 90 day guarantee on all work. I have a 4.9 out of 5 star average rating to date. We offer design at $40.00 per hour.
I am in business with no debt and minimal over-head. This equates to great prices for you! Del Mar Landscape Company is often 25% less than that of my competition. Yet, my work is bar none. I build dreams for less. With twenty five years experience in residential landscape, I have the resources and expertise to turn your ideas into your landscape reality. As a Berkeley graduate I just see space and configurations better than most. I have fun doing my work. I built my first motorized Go Cart in 3rd grade. So, go figure. Berkeley were I studied architecture and Economics.  I placed 6th in the high school state wresting finals.  I now play tennis 3 x week and enjoy sharing time with my girlfriend and her children.  We like to build items in my Wood shop.
