I remembered when I was very little I love to pretend to play cooking.  My parents moved to America when I was 15. I started my first job washing dishes in a Thai restaurant in Chicago that time my dad was a cook there.  Later on, my parents have their own Thai restaurant in a suburb of Illinois.  I grew up in the business I have to help my parents from the front end to the back of the house.  That's how I learned how to cook from my parents.  Later,  I want to open up my own place in Charlotte in the heart of Myers Park in 2009.  It's my passion to present Thai dishes and culture for charlotte to try.  Thai food has a lot more to offer.  What's I love about cooking Thai food the ingredients that we use are mostly herbs that are so good for your body.  It's also healthy.  If you never try Thai food I encourage you to give us a try and you will not regret it.
