About the Business

With over 45 years of experience, Chef Roberto Crescini, originally from Gavardo in Lombardy, started cooking at the age of 14 and trained at the Caterina Medici Institute of Culinary Professionals in Gardone Riviera on Lake Garda. He is recognized by the American Chef Association as a Certified Italian Master Chef and is also a certified salumi maker and taster. He first came to Houston in 2015 and since then has captivated Houstonians with his traditional approach to Italian cuisine.

Born in Galicia, Spain, and raised in Venezuela, General Manager Paco Calza moved to Houston in 1975. Calza has enjoyed the busy lifestyle of the hospitality business for more than 45 years.

We are a counter-service restaurant driven by tradition and authenticity. Our Italian cuisine is developed by Chef Roberto Crescini. Our pastas are handcrafted fresh in-house. We serve red, white, and sparkling wines by the glass, as well as beer. We have lunch specials and BYOB with corkage Monday - Wednesday. We offer gluten-free desserts made in-house.
