Dedicated to producing the best beers possible the Dainton family have slowly but surely built a stellar reputation within the Australian Craft Beer industry. Known not just for their beers but also their crazy antics Dan and Kev tend to leave a trail of joyous destruction where ever they go.

2016 marks the opening of their first official site in Carrum Downs Victoria. Along with the 30HL steam powered brewhouse there is custom made Tap House open to the public Thursday through Sunday.

Dan Dainton founder and owner, has spent the last 5 years in the brewing industry slaving away at his passion for crafting awesome beer. After years in a home-brew shop, winning numerous amateur awards, a stint at James Squire Portland Hotel as the solo brewer (including 2 silvers medals in 2012 at the Australian International Beer Awards) and many months brewing with the team at Holgate Brewhouse, it was time to move out and move on towards the dream of making his own brew.
