Hello neighbors,
Welcome to Dai Yee's Asian Kitchen. We offer carryout and delivery service. I used to own Shanghai Inn Restaurant and decided to branch out with a new brand in a virtual kitchen. I have been cooking for the last eighteen years. The origin of the name for “Dai Yee” means the eldest Aunt in Chinese. With that being said my new kitchen offers the opportunity for me to create new items and provide better delivery service to reach my customers. We only use quality ingredients to serve our customers. I have been using this method to cook for my friends and family all these years in my kitchen. You may order through our website for special promos or you may order through Yelp, UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub platforms for pickup and deliveries. We also do have in house delivery and carryout. I enjoy meeting and chatting with my customers. You can call us directly and we can take your payment over the phone. We specialize in cooking our entrees with fresh ingredients daily. We believe in quality and great tasting. Try our homemade delicious steamed Bao Buns made from scratch. Our homestyle egg rolls are lightly mixed with peanut butter, pork, shrimp, and cabbage. We also specialize in all our homestyle sauces to accommodate our entrees and appetizers. With your choice of meat stir fry with fresh vegetables tossed in a high open flame wok with tasty results. We have vegetarian entrees too. We offer generous portions enough for a second meal. I have been working in the kitchen since I was nine years old washing dishes and packing carryout orders. My parents barely spoke English with five young children. My Father worked seven days a week for ten years. And my Mother also did the same. I am the eldest sibling. I am Dai Yee. In Chinese Dai Yee means the eldest Aunt. I worked along with my siblings in our three family restaurants. Our customers became our friends and became part of our family. I used to owned Shanghai Inn Restaurant. At this business I utilized my experience and cooking skills. I sold this business and moved forward to a new concept. My new concept is to focus on quality ingredients and generous portions. I believe my customers should deserve the best food I can offer. I am passionate about bringing good food to people. With this in mind I like to bring togetherness. To create special moments and great memories when people sit and dine together.
