About the Business

Custom Climates was established in 2017 by Mr C Groom. From the outset Mr Groom had a goal, his dream was to create a friendly, warm company with its customer's best interests at heart. Our Ethos at Custom Climates is to stand out from our competitors with our seamless service. Our engineers are fully qualified, vetted, insured and friendly.

Mr Groom found many companies using technical terms when speaking to new customers. This can be confusing to a customer who is new to air conditioning. He wanted his company to make sure customers fully understand, and are 'in the know' when choosing us. Although our engineers are highly qualified and skilled, they are also able to explain and reassure customers using relate-able language they can understand.

We want to build a company where our customers feel at ease and we feel communication is key in doing so. We remain in regular contact with our customers throughout our work and afterwards too. We are easily contactable, offer 24/7 serv

Here at Custom Climates building and maintaining a relationship with our customers is important to us. Our customer service team are always available to help with any questions you may have. We also provide a maintenance contract allowing our customers to keep their air conditioning systems working efficiently following installation. Regular visits to maintain your system can prevent costly repairs, but in the event that something does go wrong, our team are always on hand to help, offering service call outs to repair your system when needed.
