About the Business

Cucina Toscana is located in the historic Firestone building which was built in 1925 as automobiles became a regular feature of Salt Lake City life. The building served continuously as a tire and truck service center for over 70 years. In 1996, the building was purchased and after several years transformed into the beautiful Cucina Toscana restaurant we know today. Our chef, Memmo Torres, has been with us since inception, and created the majority of the delicious recipes on the menu today. Cucina Toscana now serves the most authentic Italian cuisine in Utah.

Ken Murdock is a pioneer in the field of natural health and nutrition.  He was the co-founder and CEO of Natures Way for over 30 years.  Ken was chairman of the Living Planet Aquarium for 2 years and is currently on the Aquarium's Board of Directors and serves as its Chairman Emeritus.  Ken is also co-founder and vice- chair for Seacology Foundation.
