Early each morning, you will find Dean at Cucina, making sure his guests are enjoying their experience.  After being in the restaurant business for 20 years, Dean found his home when the opportunity to become part of Cucina came along.  Since that day in early 2001, he has been sincerely thrilled to be part of the surrounding community and greater Salt Lake. If Dean isn't there, rest assured he will have some great stories to share about his travel adventures- whether fishing the Snake or hiking the Front, Dean is glad he has great staff to cover when the itch to get out to nature hits!
