We started in a small 2000sq foot space with zero members and just one coach and have since grown to 4500sq feet 10 coaches 5 different services and 4 different fitness programs and over 130 amazing members.

Wayne was an out of shape weekend warrior that desperately wanted to be a fit dad. After a short time in CrossFit he found himself giving tips on exercises he had figured out for himself after not being there very long. So he decided that he should seek out his coaches certificating and make sure he was telling people the right thing to help them. After a couple of attempt at coaching a class by himself at the end of the class he was feeling very down on him self and upset at all the thing that he had messes up and forgotten to teach during the class. When in that very moment a girl came up to him beaming with excitement and said how she loved coming to Wayner Wednesday because she learns something new every time. It was in that moment that he knew he needed to find a way to coach more.
