About the Business

I want to tell you a little bit about our CrossFit organization but before I do, I want to tell you why we started our own CrossFit box. In my previous job, I was fortunate enough to do a lot of traveling. I was already addicted to CrossFit so my travel plans always included a WOD or two at the nearest box in whatever country I was in. As a result I was able to take in so many different experiences, good and bad, that I felt like I had become an expert in what a CrossFit gym should be doing. (after all, I am a little arrogant! LOL). We worked hard to find the best gym in our neck of the woods, and soon came to realize that if we wanted a gym that had it all, we were going to have to do it ourselves. This, of course, meant we'd have to quit our jobs and risk everything. We didn't have the guts to make a decision like that. It was just a dream. A goofy silly dream. But as the months passed we kept getting drawn closer to the idea... and it made us want it more.

CrossFit 604's team consists of avid CrossFit enthusiasts who live and breath CrossFit. We created a gym together that WE wanted to work out in. We purchased equipment that WE wanted to work out with. We program our workouts so others can experience the same results and feeling from doing something they love like WE do. We are in this together with you and we ALL want the same thing. A CrossFit gym that offers everything CrossFit has to offer. Our CrossFit Gym is located in downtown Vancouver and has 5000 square feet of workout area, plus another 1000 square feet in beautiful change rooms, 4 showers and a mobility area. The facility offers everything you could ever want. We pride ourselves on our fully stocked gym so that everyone ALWAYS has enough equipment to get the job done. As CrossFitters ourselves, who have done a ton of travelling, we've been to places where there hasn't been enough space or enough equipment to go around or the equipment was in lousy shape. This can be frustrating, inhibiting and dangerous... this was a major concern for us when we decided to open CrossFit 604. We provide plenty of the best equipment money can buy for our members to ensure they can always get what they need. The one thing about CrossFit that you will hear everywhere is that the community is an unbelievable group of crazy people who all support each other in their quest to be better, stronger, and happier. Our community at CrossFit 604 is no exception.
